To ensure we provide the best experience possible we do require all contracts and information to be filled and signed accordingly.
To participate in most of our programs you will need:
Rabies, Bordatella, Distemper vaccines
A Negative fecal every 6 months
Your pet must be spayed/neutered by 6 months (does not apply to training or grooming)
Your pet should be up to date on all flea/tick and heartworm medication
(Please do not put flea & tick on before sending them to daycare)

What do I need to get my pet started in your daycare or boarding program?
Upon approval as a new client we will send you all of the information to get started. We require all vaccinations and contracts to be submitted before beginning our services. All pets must go through and evaluation process and pass before being able to attend daycare or boarding. (This process can take time, make sure you get a head start.)
What is an evaluation?
To ensure the safety of all pets that attend our programs, we perform an evaluation or what is also known as a temperament test for all new pets. New pets are given a trial run to ensure they will: enjoy our program, are well behaved in a kennel, they love our staff members, and are overall comfortable with us.
**What is a re-evaluation?
A re-evaluation is required for daycare and boarding if your pet has not visited our facility for these programs in the past 6 months. We require a re-eval to ensure your pet is still comfortable in our facility- this step is important for your pets comfort. Please note: there is a charge for a re-eval.
Are there any restrictions?
We accept and love all breeds! We only ask that all pets are spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months unless you provide documentation from your veterinary office. However, if documentation is presented but your pet begins to display behavioral issues, we will ask that your pet is spayed or neutered in order to return to our programs.
Is my pet kenneled?
Pets are only kenneled out of safety. For example, your pet will be kenneled during an overnight stay so they can rest. We also kennel pets for lunch time- that way they don’t have to share.
Are staff present during an overnight stay?
Yes! We are staffed 24/7 to ensure the safety of all pets.
How do I make a grooming reservation?
Just give us a call! If you are a new client we can help you get scheduled (just remember our vaccination and contract policy.)
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for a 24 hour notice for all services, including training.
Less than a 24 hour notice for our grooming services or frequent cancellations may result in additional fees or require prepayment.
When my dog is groomed do they interact with other dogs?
Nope! Your dog does not interact with other pets unless you request for them to attend daycare first and groomed later in the afternoon.
How long will it take to get my pet groomed?
Depending on the condition your pet arrives in and the service we are performing, time may vary. We will give you an estimate upon drop off however, we will always call you as soon as the grooming service is complete!
How far in advance do I need to make my reservations?
For most of our services, we can make them as far in advance as you’d like and we can take same day reservations; however, it is not guaranteed.

Ask about our VIP program for grooming and our reoccurring reservations for daycare, it will take the hassle out of making reservations for you.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We have discounts for police officers and firefighters
Dogs that receive a groom while boarding
Dogs that board over 10 nights
And of course, all of the discounts for add ons with our VIP program
When you purchase a package, you can save up to $5 a day (20 Full Day Package). Also, you don’t have to worry about paying when you drop off or pick up, we will deduct a day from your package when you pick up. If you are running low on days, we will let you know in advance! Packages are pretty sweet. Just a reminder, they are non-refundable and non-transferable and expire after 6 months! Unfortunately, we can’t take one type of package and put it towards another or put it to individual days, so be sure you will use it!
